Hotel Salin is situated at Wieliczka in marvelous neighborhood of Cracow. A few minute walk is enough to get to Royal Salt Mine and to picturesque center of Wieliczka, full of alleys and nice little corners. On UNESCO's list of World Heritage, the Wieliczka salt mine (13th century) is one of the world's oldest mining sites still in uninterrupted operation. The uderground tourist route leads through a labyrinth of galleries and caverns with unique sculptures, all carved in rock salt.
